3 Waist Slimming Secrets

Happy Tuesday lovelies!

I have been trying to get to this post for while and am finally doing it!  I have been getting so many questions about my diet and what I eat from my Instagram that I wanted to share them here.  I am far from having the smallest waist, in fact I get thick around my waist and arms first when I’m carrying extra weight.  It has been such a battle my whole life.  So I want to share what is and has worked to help slim and tone my stomach.  I’m not sure if anyone is ever truly satisfied with their bodies, but there are times when I’m happier and lots of times I’m not.  Being a girl is so hard, and even harder now that every other post on Instagram is a supermodel with zero percent body fat! haha

Ok, so here it is, 3 tricks to help you slim your waist and not one requires going to the gym…

 

1. The first and most effective thing you can do is start taking a probiotic and get to those coffee enemas.  Ok, so I have written a whole post HERE about how to get started with coffee enemas and why they are so good for you.  I am a big believer in getting that junky buildup out.  Its cleansing on so many levels and you will thank me later for this one!

Here are a few things that will improve when you get on a regular routine…

 
Coffee enemas help relieve constipation, insomnia and cognitive problems; they may eliminate (or control) parasites, candida and other pathogens. Coffee enemas are frequently used in natural cancer protocols such as the Gerson Therapy, and thats just the beginning!  You will have a flatter smaller stomach and feel so much lighter!

2.  The next thing I do is always wear a waist trainer, I do this especially before any photo shoot or event.  You will be surprised at how well it works.  Here is the one I use and its under 25 dollars.  Such a great investment.  I got the XS if that helps, you will want it super tight, but not cutting off your circulation.  I will wear it for an hour a day while I get ready or do laundry.

3.  Number three is Water, Water, and more Water!  I have started drinking 32 oz of water right when I get up and you will be amazed at how quick you see a change.  I know everyone says this, but it’s true.  Water keeps your skin glowing, your body working the way its suppose to and fills you up when your feeling hungry.
