Happy Weekend babes!
Even though its late October and temps are in the 90’s (WHAT!!!) still in Huntington Beach, I am obsessed with cute coats and jeans (of course!). Trench coats are so fun and can seriously step up almost any look.
I love so many styles too, its hard to choose. But I am loving this trench so much! Such a great plaid and this color I really feel like I could pair with so much!
One of my other favorite styles are camel colored trenches! So classic and seriously goes with so much, anything from sweatsuits or leggings, to my all time favs, DENIM! I linked some of my wish list coats below!
Some things I look for when shopping for longer coats!
- Love when my jackets/trenches hit right below the knee.
- More fitted, but I tend to not wear too many layers up top, so if you are layering a lot plan accordingly(size up).
- Choose a classic color, I love this neutral plaid and camel, plus you can never go wrong with leopard, then you will have a jacket to go with everything! Here are some of my other faves…

In my opinion, trenches are an investment piece. Thats why I usually will stick to a more classic color and look, and then splurge a little (I’m so cheap sometimes, haha) on quality, so that I have a classy and classic coat that can be worn through the fall and winter, FOR YEARS!
